Registration Policy

Here at NWRealEstateSolutions, we truly value Real Estate Agents as an important part of our new construction business.  The success of each and every one of our communities depends upon the participation of both agents and brokers.  With this in mind we are delighted to reward your efforts as a real estate professional in the following ways:

When you personally accompany a new client to WoodRun on their first visit and register them in writing by filling out our registration forms, you can earn a selling office commission of 3% on the first $100,000 of the sales price and 1.5% of the amount in excess of $100,000.  The commission is earned when the Seller accepts a Purchase and Sale Agreement on behalf of your client and all contingencies are removed.  The commission is paid upon closing.

Bring lots of clients!  We’ll stay out of your way and let you assist your customer, or we’ll jump in and help.  It’s up to you.  When you accompany and register your client on their first visit, your commission is protected.

If you write up an offer with a client and you have not accompanied the client to the site on their first visit, a selling office commission of 1% on the first $100,000 of the sales price and .5% of the amount in excess of $100,000.  The commission will be paid to you at closing.

Registration is good for 90 days.
